Holiday F5B

(E.H Herzensdieb x EM Lucette/Liberty Gold)

Holiday or "Holly" is a lovely three year old mare by the elite Trakehner stallion E.H. Herzensdieb out of elite mare Lucette (Liberty  Gold/Argentan/Donnerhall). Holly's sire Herzensdieb has a long list of  achievements to his name, including being the  licensing champion and crowd favorite at the 2005 Trakehner licensing in Neumünster, Germany, reserve champion of his stallion performance test, and winner of the Trakehner Championship for 3-year-old stallions in the same year.  
Herzensdieb has a FN breeding value dressage of 142 points and is in the top 10  percent of German dressage sires. He was honored with the prestigious Elite Hengst title (E.H.) in 2013 by the Trakehner Verband. In all his offspring, it is easy to see an elegant type, rideability and  refinement. Many of his offspring have been successful in upper level  dressage and Herzensdieb has produced several licensed sons.

Holly's dam, EM Lucette, is our foundation broodmare here at F5B and has  consistently produced lovely horses with considerable dressage talent. To learn more about Holly's damline, please check out the 'Our Mares'  tab.  

To date, Holly has not been started but shows great potential and will be backed in the spring of 2020. She is beautifully refined, has a quick hind leg, and is nicely forward. We expect Holly to  make a very fancy young horse prospect and look forward to seeing how she develops! Holly should grow to reach 16 hands tall.
